Terms and Conditions relating to Course Material, including Assessment Tests
(1) The study modules, online assessment questions, design and format is the copyright of Immigration Law Training (‘ILT’). The material provided is exclusively for delegates to complete their chosen courses with ILT and in order to assist them with any external assessments. Delegates are therefore permitted to copy and download the modules for this purpose only.
(2) Delegates are not permitted to use the course material for commercial gain, charitable use or to pass onto any 3rd party for any purpose whatsoever. Any breaches will be investigated and legal action will be taken for financial loss and other damages against those responsible.
(3) Any advice, suggestions, opinions or comments (whether made in writing or orally) by staff, trainers or agents of ILT should not be taken as legal advice and in this regard, the course provider, it’s trainers, staff and agents will not accept any liability for any losses arising from anyone relying on any such ‘advice’, suggestions, opinions or comments.
(4) The course provider and its agents do not accept any liability for any direct or indirect financial loss or any other type of losses as a result of any errors or omissions relating to information contained in training materials, on websites, email or in any other form of communication.
(5) Completion of any courses and assessments offered by ILT does not allow delegates to provide immigration advice or services as it is a criminal offence to do so without the express approval from the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (‘OISC’) or other regulatory body in the U.K.
(6) Attendance on any of the courses provided by ILT or passing any assessments wilt ILT does not exempt delegates from sitting any assessments/exams which may be set by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner upon receipt of an application for registration from potential Immigration Advisors.
(7) Whilst every effort is made to ensure that no computer virus is contained in documents made available to delegates, ILT will not accept any liability for any losses arising from any computer viruses or any other resulting technical problems. Delegates are therefore, advised to scan documents with anti-virus software for any viruses before accessing or downloading any material provided by ILT.
(8) The course provider reserves the right to cancel or modify any course or assessment without giving any reason or prior notice and in such circumstances, will not be liable for any type of losses or inconvenience caused to any delegates.
(9) By continuing to proceed with downloading the study modules and/or taking the online assessment, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
